“We were previously using Petro Oil & without any warning, they deemed our tank as broken & stopped delivery. This led to pipes bursting & we were without any oil/heat for Christmas.
We called Van Doren on 12/26 evening to see if we could get a technician out to confirm our tank was safe & for an oil delivery ASAP. We had a holiday party on 12/27 with 25 Family Members – 15 of which slept over!
At first we were told they weren’t sure it was possible. And within an hour, we got a call back from the owner, Trent. Trent ensured that it would happen for us. The next morning by 10am we had a technician out (his cousin, I believe his name is Ben!) to confirm our tank was safe – it was. And with an hour to spare before the party started, we had a full tank of oil.
We were able to host a really special family party — as I am 7.5 Months Pregnant with our first baby. The dedication that Trent & his team showed has earned us customers for life.
